This site is situated one block back from an ocean cliff, with amazing views from the 1st floor of the ocean & right down the length of Stockton Beach all the way to Newcastle. The site is unique to NSW in that the summer sun sets over the ocean.

Whales often rest in the ocean a mere stones throw away, with their tail slapping & breaching easily seen & heard.

The design takes full advantage of these amazing sights & sounds, whilst maintaining privacy between the 2 dwelling, as well as to the house in front & those on the other side of the road.

The external finishes use materials reminiscent of the old fishing village, but put a modern spin on them with a bold black & white colour palette, with the weatherboard pattern being used both horizontally & vertically.

This is another modular build, with the buildings constructed by Parkwood Homes & then craned onto site.
