A private residence at One Big Paddock, set in the rolling hills outside Jindabyne, a modern take on the country house, with sweeping views to the Snowy Mountains & a sheltered courtyard facing the bushland.

Private residence 10km from Jindabyne, nestled among the snowgums, with stunning views to the Snowy Mountains.

Adair Residence - modular

A small, narrow site on the riverfront of the Hawkesbury River called for a unique approach. The solution was a modular (or manufactured) building, constructed at Somersby, trucked down the M1 highway & craned onto the site in 5 modules.In the morning there were just footings, in the afternoon a house & after a few weeks of finishing touches, a beautiful home.

This project was awarded the Master Builders Association Newcastle Excellence in Building Award for custom built homes under $500k

The Ridge Eco Retreat

A 2 bedroom cabin in a rural setting out from Jindabyne. The simple design maximizes the amazing views, creating the feeling of sitting outside on a hilltop, whilst comfortably snuggled up inside.

This design has also been used to great effect in suburban rear yards as a secondary dwelling.

A 3 bedroom home nestled under a knoll, with spectacular views of the Moonbah Valley. The main kitchen / dining / living area has 180° views to the valley as well of views of the granite outcrop on the knoll.

Port Macquarie House - modular

A modular house on a small, narrow & steep cornerblock in Port Macquarie. The design maximised the use of the site by providing a seemless flow from indoor to outdoor living areas. Views to the distant hills were achieved whilst maintaining privacy from the street
